Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your box, within 3-5 business days. Once it ships you’ll receive an email with your tracking information, and you should receive your package within five business days. We are currently experiencing very high shipping volumes. “Pre-orders” ship as soon as our products arrive into the warehouse. The price of shipping is calculated at checkout.

We unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds at this time. If you purchased product from an authorized Afterworld Organics retailer, please contact them directly to learn about their return policy.

Neither the ingredients in Afterworld Organics nor our finished products are tested on animals, and the line is vegan with the exception of keratin in the Hair Glow, and silk proteins in the Hair Healer.

Afterworld Organics are best used within one year of purchase, but can last up to four years depending on the product.

What’s changing?
Nothing is changing about our wholesale pricing—only how you access and place orders. Instead of a shared wholesale login, we now have a dedicated password-protected wholesale page. Once logged in, you’ll see all products at your wholesale pricing, just as before.
This update helps us streamline the ordering process while ensuring a secure and exclusive shopping experience for our wholesale partners. Let us know if you have any questions!
Why are you doing this?
As we’ve expanded our product offerings with new scents and sizes, managing separate retail and wholesale product pages has added complexity. Moving to a dedicated password-protected wholesale page allows us to streamline operations and focus on enhancing your ordering experience. You may have noticed the recent addition of a waitlist feature for out-of-stock products, and we have more improvements on the way to make ordering even easier.
What about my affiliate links and discount codes?
Your affiliate URL and discount codes will work exactly the same as they do now. This change only affects the way you place wholesale orders.
So how will it work, exactly?
Simply visit the password-protected wholesale page and shop as you normally would. Once logged in, you'll see all products at your wholesale pricing—no need for discount codes. The ordering process remains the same, ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining the same great wholesale pricing you’re used to.
When Will the Discount Codes Be Retired?
We will soon be sunsetting discount codes and transitioning fully to our password-protected wholesale page. Some of our VIP AFFILIATES have a special discount code that remains in place. We’ll provide more details and instructions ahead of the change to ensure a smooth transition.
