How and when will my order ship?
Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days. Once it ships you’ll receive an email with your tracking information, and you should receive your package within five business days.
What is your return policy?
We unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds at this time. If you purchased product from an authorized Afterworld Organics retailer, please contact them directly to learn about their return policy.
My package arrived damaged and/or my product is broken — what should I do?
Please contact us at hello@afterworldorganics.com so we can make this right and ship you out another package ASAP.
Are Afterworld Organics products or ingredients tested on animals?
Neither the ingredients in Afterworld Organics nor our finished products are tested on animals, and with the exception of beeswax and honeyquat in a few of our products, most of the line is vegan.
What is the shelf life of my Afterworld Organics product?
Afterworld Organics are best used within one year of purchase, and it is important that they are kept in a cool, stable environment away from direct heat and sunlight.
